Did you know that every single one of Emily Dickenson's poems can be sung to the tuen of Amazing Grace. With that in mind, I wrote an Emily Dickenson style poem with the theme on Amazing Grace.
Because I am a sinner born,
My destiny was set,
From Jesus Christ I would be torn,
If I did not believe.
Although His battel he had won,
He went and fought for me,
I was scared the entire time,
And prayed to the one God.
He answered fervently and said,
"I sent My Son to die,
I had to find a way for you,
to come and live by my side."
